Hello, I am Jessin. I am a real-estate advisor with PropNex, and I work with families on the homes they hold for a long time, often longer than they first imagine.
I work with a deliberate number of families at a time, so that advice comes before the sale, every time. A home is a family's longest-held asset, and I treat the work accordingly. If you ever sit across the table from me, I would like you to feel, quite simply, that you are in good hands.
Before homes, I spent six years as a relationship manager in a bank, looking after families and the money they had built over decades. It taught me two things: that a home is usually the longest-held asset a family owns, and that good advice is given slowly, with the whole picture in view. When I moved to real estate with PropNex, I brought both with me.
My work sits in two places I know well. The landed streets of Districts 19 and 20, around Serangoon Gardens, Kovan, Hougang, Ang Mo Kio and the Thomson fringes, where I have walked the terraces and the semi-detached and detached homes street by street. And the prime residences of Districts 9, 10 and 11. I have chosen depth over reach.
The newest part of my practice looks further ahead. With Summit Planners, I help families with estate and legacy planning, the structures that decide who holds a home after the people who built it. It has changed how I see all of my work. I now treat a home as something held in trust, for the family who lives in it now and the one who comes next.
My faith shapes how I work more than what I say. You will feel it in the manner of the working, in patience and in care, never preached. What I will not compromise on is plain: sincerity, consistent updates and a steady pace. It is a partnership between us, and I treat it as one.
